Joel W. Meskin, the Managing Director of Community Association Products, at McGowan Program Administrators was awarded the “Award of Excellence in Chapter Leadership” at the National Community Association Institute Annual Conference and Expo in Washington, D.C. earlier this month.

Each year, CAI honors a select group of individuals who have made significant contributions to CAI and the community association way of life. The awards program highlights the efforts of those who go above and beyond to demonstrate leadership, excellence, and dedication to support and advance community association governance, management, and living, as well as CAI programs and initiative.

A dedicated chapter education advocate, Joel Meskin believes in the value of CAI Chapters and the education and networking they offer. Joel often contributes articles on insurance and risk management to chapter publication and presents at chapter events across the country. He also regularly communicates information about chapter functions and successes with CAI headquarters staff. Joel is a National Corporate Member and the current chair of the CAI National Business Partner Council and a member of the National Board of Trustees.
